Portraits and Bread!!

Here is what we got up to with cook Lindsay Wright and food photgrapher Jemma Watts!

Flatbreads Recipie

100ml/g warm water

1/4 tsp dried yeast

130g strong bread flour

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

 

  • Combine all ingredients with your hands
  • Let rest for 20 mins
  • Using lots of flour divide into 4 pieces
  • Roll Out
  • In a hot, dry frying pan cook bread both sides
